In a world that often values youth over experience, women over 40 are showing that age is just a number. They are stronger, more confident, and unstoppable. That’s why I’m excited to introduce my 40 Over 40 campaign, a celebration of women who have truly come into their own, hosted by our Title Sponsor, The Marion Hatcher Center.
Did you know women over 40 are leading the way in starting new businesses? There’s been a 45% rise in businesses started by women in this age group over the past decade. This shows just how powerful and influential women over 40 are today.
Why 40 Over 40?
The campaign aims to honor the strength, wisdom, and beauty that come with age. We will select 40 women for a custom portrait session. They will be invited to a high-end gala for celebration, networking, and connection. The event will be held at the Marion Hatcher Center. This beautiful location perfectly matches the elegance and sophistication of the gala.
Additionally, the Marion Hatcher Center, our title sponsor, offers a stunning venue. It enhances the experience as we honor and celebrate the incredible women chosen for this campaign.
Why The Marion Hatcher Center?
The Marion Hatcher Center is a strong supporter of the local community. This beautiful venue has been a landmark in Augusta, Georgia, for nearly 190 years. It has hosted many elegant, high-end events, including weddings and galas, like this one!
Supporting Future Leaders
The 40 Over 40 campaign will donate 5% of every sale to Westabou Montessori School. This school offers full scholarships to about 50% of its students and provides tuition assistance to many others. Located in the Harrisburg neighborhood of Augusta, it provides quality education, emotional support, and fresh, locally sourced meals.
By supporting this campaign, you’re not just celebrating yourself or the women in your life. You’re also helping create future female leaders. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to support this 501(c)(3) organization.
